I apologize for any confusion concerning our proposed Venice to Vienna trip and the dates/amounts. Please disregard the November 15, 2015 deadline and $1,500 deposit.
Here’s how the process will work:
Thursday, December 3, 2015 in the Chorus room at 7:00 pm, there will be an information meeting with our Travel Consultant from Music Contact International. The consultant and I will describe the various components of the trip and will answer your questions, all the way from how to get a passport to when do payments start. You will also receive the Chorus Trip application and commitment sheet.
Then, on January 7th, I will collect a deposit of $350 per traveler (checks to be made payable to Music Contact International). Once I have gauged the interest level in the trip and that enough travelers turned in the deposit, payments of $350 per traveler will be made monthly with the final payment due early October. If we do not get the minimum number of travelers, then your check will be returned to you.
Chaperones/Parents count towards the minimum, too.
