CHORALIERS – report to Concert Hall in performance attire at the end of 3rd period. Warm-up at noon, perform at 12:20; completed by 1:20 p.m.; return to classes at beginning of 6th period.

WOMEN OF TROY – report to school in performance attire by 8:00 am in the Concert Hall. Choralier, Concert Chorale, and Women’s Chorale, put book bags and a change of clothes in the CHORUS ROOM behind the risers before 8:00. Camerata girls put bags in copier room. Warm up on Concert Hall stage at 8:20; perform at 8:40; completed by 9:40 am. Camerata girls will return to the Concert Hall after sight reading. Others must return to class during 2nd period (appx. 10:00 am). Once the Performance Evaluation begins, put your change of clothes/book bags someplace other than the chorus room. It will not be available.
CAMERATA CHORALE – Guys in Concert Hall, Girls released from class 12:37 pm (5th period); Girls change, meet in Concert Hall at 1:00 pm. Camerata Warm up at 1:20, perform at 1:40; completed by 2:40 pm. Report to 7th period.
MEN OF TROY – guys are to be released at the beginning of ASE (9:19 am) to change into tuxes. Be in Concert Hall by 10:00 am. Camerata girls will already be in Concert Hall. We will warm up on stage at 10:20 and perform at 10:40 and be completed by 11:40. Girls may change and head to class during 4th. After Sight singing, boys will head to Concert Hall.
CONCERT CHORALE – released at beginning of 3rd period to change into tuxes (10:50 am); Change and meet in Concert Hall at 11:15 am; Warmup at 11:40; Perform at 12:00; completed by 1:00 pm. Camerata Boys change and go to 5th period . Concert Chorale guys remain in tuxes and head back to Concert Hall.
WOMEN’S CHORALE – change into performance attire during 6th period and be in the Concert Hall by 2:10. Warm up on stage at 2:40 and perform at 3:00. You will be completed with the evaluation by 4:00 pm. You will need alternate transportation away from Lassiter.
