Schedule
- 4:30 - Student & Chaperone arrival time to Lassiter Concert Hall
- 4:45 - Group rehearsal in Concert Hall
- 5:00 - Begin loading buses
- 5:10 - Depart Lassiter
- 5:45/6:00pm - Arrive at Truist Park
- 7:05 - Approximate performance time
- 8:30 - Students not riding bus must be checked out
- 9:00 - Begin walking to buses
- 9:30 - Depart Truist
- 10:00pm - Approximate arrival to Lassiter (front of school)
We recognize that this year's Braves performance is on the same evening as Open House. The Braves confirmed our performance date back in November 2025. While the overlap is unfortunate, we're excited for our students to have the opportunity to continue this long-standing Lassiter Chorus tradition. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility..
Thursday, August 27 | Truist Park
Complete Before Thursday, August 20
- Purchase all game tickets
- Ticket sales close Thursday, August 20 (hard deadline)
Complete Before Tuesday, August 25
- Complete the ParentVUE Field Trip Permission Form
- If your student will NOT ride the bus back to Lassiter, complete the transportation form.
Performance Uniform
- Lassiter Chorus Black Polo
- Blue jeans (pants, capris, or shorts)
- Comfortable tennis shoes
Returning Home
Students may ride home with a parent after the performance instead of returning on the bus. If your student is NOT riding the bus back, complete the transportation form by Tuesday, August 25
Student Checkout Rules
Students leaving with a parent must:
- Be checked out by 8:30 PM
- Have a parent/guardian inside Truist Park
Parents may not check students out from outside the stadium or from The Battery.
Ticket Distribution
Tickets will be sent home with students on Wednesdsay, August 26, in a sealed envelope. Student performer tickets and chaperone tickets will NOT be in the envelope. Mrs. Green will keep all student and chaperone tickets so the performing group can enter together.
Examples
Family purchases 6 tickets
- Envelope contains 5 tickets
- Mrs. Green keeps the student ticket
Two chorus students + one parent
- Envelope contains 1 ticket
- Mrs. Green keeps both student tickets
1 student + 1 chaperone + 2 family tickets
- Envelope contains 2 family tickets
- Mrs. Green keeps the student and chaperone tickets
What Students Should Bring
- Life-saving medication (EpiPen, inhaler, etc.)
- Fully charged cell phone (if applicable)
- Debit/credit card or spending money for concessions
Truist Park is cashless.
Cash-to-card kiosks are available inside the stadium if needed.
Students should leave backpacks and unnecessary belongings at Lassiter, where they will remain during the performance and bus trip.
Bag Policy
Most bags are not permitted inside Truist Park.
Allowed items include:
- Medical bags
- Diaper bags
- Small clutch or clear bag (5" × 9" or smaller)
Outside Food & Drinks
Guests may bring:
- One gallon-size clear plastic bag of food
- One sealed bottle of water per ticket
Additional accommodations are available for medical or dietary needs and infants.
Prohibited Items
Do not bring:
- Backpacks or oversized bags
- Alcohol or illegal drugs
- Weapons of any kind
- Glass bottles
- Aluminum cans or aerosol sunscreen
- Fireworks
- Noise makers
- Laser pointers
- Skateboards or hoverboards
- Balloons or inflatable items
- Wrapped packages
- Large camera equipment
Any prohibited item must be discarded before entering the stadium.
